We are super excited to announce the 13th Annual Summer Leadership Conference, hosted in Bakersfield, CA on June 25-27, 2026. We are calling all emerging youth and young adults ages (12-30) in California to step forward and elevate your leadership potential.
This year’s conference theme, Level Up Leaders: Accelerate with Purpose calls emerging youth leaders to grow with intention, not just momentum. Acceleration represents increasing our skills, influence, and impact, but purpose is the steering wheel that guides our direction. This theme challenges participants to move faster and wiser, aligning leadership development with clear values, community responsibility, and long-term vision. True leadership is not measured by speed alone, but by the purpose that ensures we are advancing in the right direction.
